To better reflect their dynamic mission and expand their reach, QDIC required a comprehensive digital transformation.

Globe Safaris struggled with:

Outdated Platform: Legacy site was slow, non-responsive, and hard to update.
Manual Bookings: No online system—clients had to email/call.
Weak SEO: Poor rankings for high-value keywords like “luxury safaris.”

I redesigned the site from scratch using WordPress, focusing on scalability and user experience:

- Optimized load times (reduced from 8s to 1.2s using caching and Cloudflare CDN).
- Fully responsive design tested across devices.
Booking & Branding:
- Custom WooCommerce setup with Stripe payments and automated confirmation emails.
- Luxury-focused visuals: Full-screen galleries, video backgrounds, and adventure storytelling.
SEO & Content:
- Yoast SEO optimization for target keywords.
- Blog strategy with travel guides and safari tips to drive organic traffic.

400% Increase in Direct Bookings via the new WordPress system.
PageSpeed Score: 98/100 (Mobile) & 100/100 (Desktop).
Top 5 Google Rankings for “luxury African safari tours.”
